The Pizza Championship is an event where Team Members have fun and make friends while focusing on the importance of product quality, accuracy and speed, key ingredients to creating food we’re proud to serve and delivering it fast!

Eleven Team Members representing our equity regions competed for the top spot, and the journey to compete at the CORE (Pizza Hut headquarters in Plano, Texas) was not an easy one. At each level―restaurant, area and region―they passed a standards knowledge test and competed in a pizza-making competition. The person with the highest combined score was crowned the winner at each level.
