Entry Period: The Pizza Hut National Pizza Month Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 1, 2019 and ends at 8:00 p.m. CT on October 31, 2019 (the “Entry Period”). The Promotion will be divided into thirty one (31) daily entry periods, with each period beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. CT once the Promotion post is publicly available (as outlined below) and ending at 8:00 p.m. CT each calendar day throughout the Entry Period (each, a “Daily Period”). Promotion open to persons legally and physically residing inone of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi. How to Enter: Visit the Reddit page at https://www.reddit.com/r/Random_Acts_Of_Pizza/ and follow the instructions to post a response to the question specified by Pizza Hut, LLC (“Sponsor”) for the applicable Daily Period in the form of a comment to receive one (1) entry in the applicable Daily Period drawing. Entries must be received no later than 8:00 p.m. CT on an applicable Daily Period to be considered. Your comment will not be judged and will therefore not increase or decrease your chances of winning a prize. Void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) Reddit account per Daily Period. You may only use one (1) Reddit account to participate in the Promotion. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. One (1) potential prize recipient for each Daily Period will be selected in a random drawing approximately within 24 hours following each Daily Period from among all eligible entries received for each Daily Period. Non-winning entries from one Daily Period drawing will not carry over to subsequent Daily Period drawings. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Daily Period drawing. Prizes (31) (One (1) awarded per Daily Period): A $20 Pizza Hut e-Gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $20. Potential prize recipients will receive a direct message and/or comment from Sponsor on Reddit requesting they direct message Sponsor with the information and acknowledgment requested for prize fulfillment. Prizes will be emailed to prize recipients upon winner verification. Limit of one (1) prize per person throughout the Promotion. Total ARV of all prizes: $620. Comment Conditions: Comments from the Reddit page and the corresponding entry may be deemed void if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a comment (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (ii) depicts or identifies a child that is not the child or legal ward of the entrant; (iii) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons; promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (iv) is obscene or offensive;  (v) contains defamatory or disparaging remarks about other people or companies; (vi) contains personal identification, such as personal names or e-mail addresses; (vii) contains materials owned or controlled by others, without permission; (viii) communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; or (ix) violates any law. License: By posting a comment, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your comment and/or post including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Promotion in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party. General Conditions: Promotion may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or comments, incorrect, changed or non-functioning Reddit accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, printer errors, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entry requests, likes, comments or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential prize recipient(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries/comments received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Reddit, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of a prize.
