TJ Wolfersberger serves as Chief Operations Officer of the Pizza Hut U.S. division, reporting directly to the President. In this role, TJ is responsible for leading all aspects of operational strategy and execution, enhancing customer service, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving growth across the restaurant network.
TJ brings nearly 20 years of restaurant industry experience, having previously held roles at The Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, and most recently Starbucks. At Starbucks, TJ led his team to achieve the highest results in customer satisfaction, sales growth, food safety, and sanitization while maintaining the lowest turnover. His career is marked by a proven track record in Operations, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Market Strategy.
TJ is a University of Delaware graduate and lives in Dallas with his wife Sarra and their blended family of six kids, two dogs, and two cats.
