Rachel Antalek serves as Global Chief Food Innovation Officer for Pizza Hut, reporting to the Pizza Hut U.S. President. In this role, Rachel is responsible for architecting global menu strategy and driving business growth through food innovation.
Rachel has a track record of delivering transformative innovation for restaurant, retail, and consumer packaged goods companies. Before joining Pizza Hut, Rachel served as a C-level advisor on growth and innovation strategy for the restaurant industry and held innovation roles at Starbucks and Darden Restaurants. At Starbucks, Rachel managed the $5B global espresso business and founded the front-end innovation lab now known as the Tryer Lab.
Rachel, husband Larry, and boys Veni (20) and Radi (17) love travel, music, and family game nights.
