Matt Kleen serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pizza Hut U.S. In this role, he leads the brand’s financial strategy, planning and performance. Matt brings nearly a decade of experience across Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, with a strong track record of driving financial discipline and supporting business growth within franchise systems.
Prior to this role, he served as Senior Director of Franchise Development at Taco Bell, where he partnered closely with franchisees to support expansion and long-term value creation.
Earlier in his career at Pizza Hut, Matt held multiple finance leadership roles across the U.S. and global business, including Director of Finance. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, business strategy and operational performance.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria, their almost five-year-old daughter Keira, and puppy Mia.
