Lynne Broad is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Pizza Hut U.S., leading Pizza Hut’s finance and development functions. In addition to Lynne’s CFO responsibilities, she is the leader of the Pizza Hut non-traditional business.
Lynne has been with Yum for more than 15 years, holding several positions, including Chief Financial Officer (Head of Finance and Supply Chain) at Pizza Hut South Pacific (SOPAC), Chief Operations Officer (Head of Operations & Development) at Pizza Hut SOPAC, and Senior Director of Franchising at Pizza Hut Asia. In 2017, Lynne was appointed Chief Financial Officer of SOPAC and was responsible for all KFC finance activities, including the development and execution of strategies, objectives, and plans to achieve consistent growth for KFC SOPAC. In 2019, Lynne was appointed Chief Financial and Information Officer for KFC SOPAC, expanding her role to be responsible for leading KFC’s digital and technology agenda, including strategy and execution of the digital consumer experience.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney in Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and the Australian Institute of Directors. Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to experience new things.
