Jamie Harrison is the Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut U.S. In this role, she oversees the brand’s human resources, talent acquisition, internal communications and engagement, equity and inclusion, and facilities teams. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, Jamie served as Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) at Fossil, Inc. where she was responsible for corporate and field HR, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Her work focused on developing leaders and empowering teams.
Prior to this, Jamie spent 13 years at Brinker International, including training at new restaurant openings, working on the restaurant technology team, and rounding out her time in an HR role at Maggiano’s Little Italy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and listening to live music. Jamie lives in Plano with her husband, Scott, and is the proud stepmom of Molly, who is currently working towards her nursing degree.
