Today, Pizza Hut announces the appointment of TJ Wolfersberger as Chief Operations Officer for Pizza Hut U.S., reporting to Carl Loredo, President of Pizza Hut U.S., effective July 15.
Wolfersberger brings nearly 20 years of invaluable restaurant industry experience to Pizza Hut, having previously held pivotal roles at The Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, and most recently Starbucks. His career is marked by a proven track record in Operations, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Training, and Market Strategy. In his new role at Pizza Hut, he will lead all aspects of operational strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing customer service, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving growth across the restaurant network.
Wolfersberger commitment to excellence and strategic foresight will be instrumental in advancing Pizza Hut’s Consistent Experiences pillar of business strategy.
