KBTX News: A&M Student Uses Social Media to Help Deliver 50 Pizzas to Storm Victims

An A&M student delivered 50 pizzas on Sunday to those affected by deadly storms in the Dallas area thanks to social media.

Ryan Walton was working Saturday night when tornadoes touched down in nearby Garland and Rowlett.

The storms took the lives of 11 people and injured many more.

“I went home and saw the destruction and damage on Twitter and I wanted to help,” said Walton.

The Texas A&M junior is in his hometown of Frisco for the winter break and is employed by the Pizza Hut in Plano.
