Zipporah (Zip) Allen is the Chief Marketing Officer for Pizza Hut U.S. and responsible for driving brand relevance and business growth for Pizza Hut’s 7,500 U.S. locations. Zip and her team lead the National Marketing campaigns, Brand Purpose Initiatives and Brand Partnerships for Pizza Hut. Zip joined Pizza Hut in 2015 as Sr. Director, Marketing, and developed a strategic process and approach to brand planning, established a strong and consistent value proposition for the brand, and implemented an insight-driven approach to consumer strategies and campaigns.
Prior to Pizza Hut, Zip held various marketing and strategy roles at McDonald’s Corporation. She activated global partnerships for the Happy Meal brand and also spent three years in Australia re-structuring the company’s approach to business planning and launching campaigns that resulted in multiple wins at the Cannes Lion Festival.
Originally from Southern California, Zip earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from USC, and her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Dallas with her husband Jason, their year-old daughter Millie and their dog Sanchez.
