Kelly McCulloch is Sr. Director, Human Resources for Pizza Hut U.S. where she is responsible for leading the Human Resources team as they build franchise capability on talent and culture. Prior to this role, Kelly led various HR functions including field and corporate HR, Organizational Development, Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition Teams for Pizza Hut-US. Prior to joining Pizza Hut-US, Kelly spent time in the former Yum! Restaurants International teams, including a short-term assignment with the KFC UK business unit where she led field recruitment. Kelly joined Yum! in 2005 and is a trusted, strategic advisor and thought partner throughout the organization.
Kelly began her career in HR at Southwest Airlines and Cadbury Schweppes specializing in recruitment. She is a Texas native with a Master’s degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, and an undergraduate degree in English from Abilene Christian University. Kelly currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Lewis, and their two children Britain and Joseph.
