Kelly McCulloch is the Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut U.S. In this role she leads the Human Resources and Internal Communications teams to create and execute the people strategy in support of the overarching business. For more than 13 years, Kelly has served in leadership roles within the Human Resources function at Pizza Hut and Yum!, focusing on organizational design and effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and total rewards. Prior to joining Yum! brands, Kelly focused on talent acquisition at Cadbury Schweppes and Southwest.
Kelly has a Master’s degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Abilene Christian University. Kelly currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Lewis, and their two children.
