Heath Hammett is the Vice President of Customer Acquisition and Analytics for Pizza Hut U.S. In this role, he oversees media strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), data science and Pizza Hut’s customer loyalty program. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, Heath held a number of roles with Hotels.com. Most recently he was Vice President, Acquisition Marketing, where he directed a multi-disciplinary, global team that managed SEM, SEO, travel meta search (e.g., Kayak, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.), display/programmatic and social channels. Additionally, he led the in-house build out of data systems, platforms and tools.
Heath spent several years with Dell’s online business, where he focused on analytics, search, online strategy and testing. Heath also served as a performance management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Operations Research from George Mason University. He and his wife, Melissa, live in the Dallas area with their 2 children.
