Cristi Lockett is the Chief People Officer for Pizza Hut U.S. In this role she leads the Human Resources and Internal Communications teams to create and execute the people strategy in support of the overarching business. Most recently, Cristi served as Vice President of HR for KFC Global where she was instrumental in cultivating a best-in-class culture, supporting 20,000 KFC restaurants and 18 support centers around the world. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, Cristi served in leadership roles within the Human Resources function at Citi. During her twenty years with Citi, Cristi focused on organizational design and effectiveness, professional development curriculum design, digital learning and leadership development. This work was recognized multiple times when Citi achieved the Hay Group’s Top 20 ‘Best Companies for Leadership’ award.
In the community, Cristi spends her time supporting the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) Chief Talent Officer Board, the United Way grant review board, mentoring other mothers of multiples, and she is the Research Lead for the Laurie Leadership Institute.
Cristi has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Cristi currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Chris, and their two children.
